The only account related emails that will legitimately come from Franklin Bank would be the notification of your online statement being made available if you elected to receive your statements in this manner.

If you received one of these bogus emails and provided any information, please contact your account representative using the Franklin Bank phone number provided in your original account documentation or your monthly statement.
