The walls of Gus Parpas’ restaurant, Christos, are filled with awards, articles and recognition. Back in the late 1980’s, Gus was dreaming of opening his own restaurant and began searching for its new home. Nicollet Avenue, although a bit run-down, offered a good location and an affordable price. Today, Christos thrives with a strong, loyal customer base, and is a favorite destination for delicious Greek food.
