Lender of the Year for CPED

Our own Rich Esquivel was recognized for the fifth year in a row as the Lender of the Year in promoting the Minneapolis Community Planning and Economic Development loans. The City of Minneapolis recognized Franklin Bank in 2009 as a leading Small Business Lender.

CDFI Status Since 2008

Franklin Bank has received Community Development Financial Institution status, and was one of the first banks in the country to achieve this level. This certification strengthens gateways for affordable housing initiatives, small business development and not for profit sustainability.
